So you've decided to buy a home?  Congratulations!  You are embarking on one of the largest decisions and investments most people make in a lifetime.  It is exciting and stressful!  There are a lot of questions, anxiety and unknowns involved.  A professional home inspection can help you to answer some those questions and give you peace of mind about the condition of the home you're buying.  Without a home inspection, buyers may spend thousands of dollars in repair costs for deficiencies that were not disclosed. 

 

I will provide you with a complete, thorough home inspection.  I encourage you to attend the home inspection with me and ask any questions you have along the way.  This way, I can also help to familiarize you with the house and its maintenance requirements based on the systems in the house.  I will provide a detailed report complete with digital pictures of any deficiencies I observe.  I will point out any existing issues, along with prior repairs or warning signs that show a potential for future problems.  

 

You will receive the home inspection report right away, usually within a few hours of the inspection itself, via email.  It is in a PDF format for easy printing and safe-keeping. I can also provide a printed copy.  You can use this report to negotiate with the seller on any corrections you ask them to make prior to closing.

 

While I cannot guarantee to uncover every possible issue, I will provide a complete, professional inspection so that you can rest easy knowing that the home you are buying meets your standards.  After the inspection, I remain available to you for any questions.
